EdAI is a faith-centered learning organization helping Muslim middle and high school students explore meaningful problems, build responsibly with AI and develop the judgment, skills and confidence to create real-world value.

What Is EdAI?

EdAI serves Muslim middle and high school students, guiding them to look beyond using technology passively. Students learn to understand meaningful problems, explore consequential industries and real-world systems, and use AI responsibly as a tool — not a shortcut for thinking. Faith, character, service and responsibility are woven into the learning environment.

Why EdAI Exists

Many young people encounter AI primarily as consumers or as a shortcut for completing tasks. EdAI helps students develop a different relationship with technology: asking better questions, understanding people and systems, finding meaningful problems, investigating before building, using AI as a tool rather than a replacement for thinking, testing ideas with evidence, creating value responsibly and connecting learning with service and amanah.

EdAI's Three Core Programs

These are EdAI's three core programs.

  • World View Program — 8 weeks · Grades 6–12. Helps students explore consequential fields and discover meaningful real-world problems.
  • Builder Program — 12 weeks · Grades 6–12. Helps students move from a problem or idea toward a working AI-enabled product.
  • Founder Program — 12 weeks · Grades 9–12. Goes deeper into customer discovery, validation, demand and founder judgment.

Experiences and Opportunities

  • Summer Summit — EdAI's flagship experience. Brings Muslim students together around problem discovery, building, mentorship and presenting their work. Format, dates, location, eligibility and availability may vary. Participation and outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Partner Experiences — EdAI works with masjids, schools and community organizations to deliver relevant events and learning experiences. A Partner Experience is not a fourth core program. Outcomes and availability are not guaranteed.
  • First-Dollar — A selective 30-day continuation for eligible participants from the Summer Summit or qualifying partner experiences. Not one of the three core programs. Participation, selection, revenue and other outcomes are not guaranteed.
